Mona talent materials

To get the most out of using Mona, you will have to level her skills up by using Talent materials, which vary from character-to-character.

For Mona, you'll need to farm a lot of Nectar and Resistance materials (if you don't already have them) to fully upgrade her capabilities.

As Mona has three Talents, you will have to spend three times the Talent materials listed below to fully upgrade all of her abilities, which we've also detailed below the table.

How to get Mona's Talent Materials

Here's how to get Mona's Talent Materials:

• Crown of Insight - You can earn Crown of Insights from the Offering Systems (like Tona's Flame and Fountain of Lucine), bought from Paimon's Bargains and are sometimes rewards from limited-time events.
• Teachings of Resistance - These are found by doing the Forsaken Rift Domain on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, which itself is found in Mondstadt between Springvale and Dragonspine.
• Whopperflower Nectar - Dropped by Whopperflowers: Cryo, Electro, and Pyro Whopperflowers. Also available from Paimon's Bargains.
• Ring of Boreas - You can earn Ring of Boreas by defeating the Wolf of the North Challenge (Level 70 or higher) weekly boss. This material can also be obtained via alchemy by either converting one Tail of Boreas and one Dream Solvent or one Spirit Locket of Boreas and one Dream Solvent.
• Guide to Resistance - You'll get these via the Forsaken Rift Domain on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, which itself is found in Mondstadt between Springvale and Dragonspine. You can also make them via alchemy using Teachings of Resistance.
• Shimmering Nectar - One Shimmering Nectar is crafted by using three Whopperflower Nectars and 25 Mora.
• Energy Nectar - One Energy Nectar is crafted by using three Shimmering Nectar and 25 Mora each.
• Philosophies of Resistance - Once again, you'll earn this Talent Material by doing the Forsaken Rift Domain on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, which itself is found in Mondstadt between Springvale and Dragonspine. You can also make them via alchemy using Guide to Resistance.

Mona Ascension materials

Just like Talents, you need to use Mona Ascension materials to upgrade her health, attack, defence, and critical hit effectiveness.

You need to farm a lot of Philanemo Mushroom and Cleansing Heart materials for Mona (if you don't already have them) to fully upgrade her capabilities.

Unlike Talent materials, you only need to spend the below Ascension materials once to fully raise Mona to her highest character level. There is also Acquaint Fate rewarded for reaching certain Ascension levels. You can spend this Fate on the standard and beginner Banners to Wish for characters and weapons.
